Under the supervision of the operations manager, the job holder performs marketing of the mixed-use building rental and provision of high standard customer service to commercial, office space renting customers and residents of apartments to the effect of continuously ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Qualifications:At least BA degree in Marketing, management or related fields
- Experience: Three years practical experience in handling building rental marketing and rental customer service or similar activities
- Skills required:excellent communication and computer skills,
- Behavioral skills: The applicant must be good team player, negotiator, problem solver, Customer-oriented, Self-starter and time sensitive.
