Real Estate Rental and Customer Handling Officer

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the operations manager, the job holder performs marketing of the mixed-use building rental and provision of high standard customer service to commercial, office space renting customers and residents of apartments to the effect of continuously ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirement

  • Qualifications:At least BA degree in Marketing, management or related fields
  • Experience: Three years practical experience in handling building rental marketing and rental customer service or similar activities
  • Skills required:excellent communication and computer skills,
  • Behavioral skills: The applicant must be good team player, negotiator, problem solver, Customer-oriented, Self-starter and time sensitive.

Place of work  Addis Ababa.
